Proof of Concept

During this phase we will work with you to verify your project hypothesis and test your solution with a small group of users. We will provide you with all the necessary hardware and software tools.

Pilot

Once the PoC is ready we will help you test your refined idea on real world users to see how the solution is performing in practice. We will help you run a pilot in a few locations.

  • Design the overall architecture of your system


Scale

Once the solution is ready we will help you scale it to all your locations. You will use our enterprise fleet management tools to deploy and maintain the infrastructure across all your facilities.

  • Develop a deployment plan & tools for the full roll-out

  • Install beacons in all your locations

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND

While the platform is mature and the underlying technologies are bullet-proof. The innovation phase is where we are taking the planned, defined and designed, experiments from an enclosed data-space into a real-world situation. We monitor and confirm our findings are accurate and move to incubation.

Incubation allows us to begin to present results in a very controlled environment which helps maintain positive attitudes and forward motion. When we feel our test cases are proven and we can measure our education curve. We move to integration.

Integration is where we select key aspects of the A.I. and interweave it into a business process, we begin to match up systems input and output, and also develop recognizable interfaces for the users so they have a fail-over-fail-safe fallback.

During the end of UATs we move to SLA and customary contracting. We measure, maintain and train the system while we are still responsible, prior to the handover to the client.
